Parent Communication

Please do not hesitate to contact coaches with comments or questions. However, please refer to the following guidelines for the appropriate line of communication.

  • Please direct all initial communication with coaches to edmondnorthtrack@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.

  • Questions about supporting the team or fundraising should be emailed to enhstrackbooster@gmail.com and will be fielded by an officer of the track booster club.

  • Please do not expect to discuss concerns during practice or at a meet. The only exception is an injury concern.

  • Communicate all injuries concerns with the coaching staff. We would encourage all injuries be checked by our trainer prior to receiving care from a doctor whenever possible.

  • Please inform the coaching staff of all absences, planned or not.

  • Concerns about entry into a meet, especially a prior commitment that would prevent your athlete from attending a meet, are not appropriate within five (5) days of a scheduled event. Filling a Track & Field roster is an extremely complicated process, and rosters usually need to be set and entry fees paid well in advance. Pulling an athlete from a meet can cause a great deal of difficulty and should be avoided when possible. Please give us plenty of prior notice.

  • Feel free to send photos and videos to our email. We will post them to our facebook albums.

  • Please keep all communication professional. We will do the same.
