6x50m Flys (slowly accelerate for 30m to full speed, hold full speed for 50m, slowly decelerate for 20-30m)

Core Curcuits 2 and 6

"Planks for Days" and "Wake Forest Abs"

Flexibility Training

Stretch as a group, holding each stretch for 30-60sec.
